How to Connect Your Hosting Email to Outlook

If you’d like to access your hosting email through Microsoft Outlook, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Find Your Connection Settings in the Hosting Control Panel

  1. Log in to your Hosting Control Panel.

  2. Go to the Emails section.

  3. Select the email account you want to connect.

  4. Click on Device Connect, where you’ll find your connection settings (such as server name, port number, and connection type IMAP or POP3).

Keep these details handy — you’ll need them when setting up your email in Outlook.

Step 2: Add the Email Account in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook on your computer.

  2. From the top menu, select:

    • View > View settings,
      or go to File > Account info.

  3. Select Accounts > Your accounts.

  4. Under Email accounts, click Add Account.

  5. Enter your email address and click Continue.

    Note: Some non-Microsoft email providers (like Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud) may require you to change certain settings on their websites before connecting to Outlook.

  6. When prompted, enter your password and select Done.

Step 3: Set the Account as Primary (Optional)

  1. Go to File > Account info > Accounts > Your accounts.

  2. Under Email accounts, find the account you added and select Manage.

  3. Click Set as primary account.

  4. When done, select Return to accounts page or close the Settings window.

Below are the connection details you’ll need:

Incoming Server (IMAP) imappro.zoho.com 993 SSL Enabled
Outgoing Server (SMTP) smtp.zoho.com 465 SSL Enabled
