How to Create an Autoresponder for a Specific Email in cPanel

An Autoresponder automatically sends a reply to incoming emails for a specific address. This is useful for:

  • Notifying senders that you are unavailable

  • Confirming receipt of emails

  • Providing standard or automated responses


📝 Steps to Create an Autoresponder

  1. 🔑 Log in to cPanel

    • Access your hosting account using your credentials.

  2. 📂 Go to Autoresponders

    • Scroll down to the Email section.

    • Click on Autoresponders.

  3. ➕ Add a New Autoresponder

    • Click Add Autoresponder.

    • Fill in the required details:

      • Character Set: Usually leave as UTF-8
