Change Account Plan – WHM

The Change Account Plan feature in WHM allows you to upgrade, downgrade, or switch the hosting package for an existing account.
It’s essential for managing resources efficiently and ensuring accounts have the appropriate limits. ⚡

🔑 How to Access

  1. 🔐 Log in to WHM as root or an admin-level user.

  2. Use the search bar or navigate to List Accounts in the sidebar.

  3. Find the account you want to modify.

  4. Click the Modify Account icon (✏️) under the Actions column.

  5. Scroll down to the Change Package section.

📝 Steps to Change the Account Plan

  1. Select the new hosting package from the dropdown menu.

  2. Review the resource limits (disk space, bandwidth, email accounts, etc.).

  3. ✅ Click Change to apply the new package to the account.
