🌟 Overview

The IP Block Removal feature in WHM allows you to unblock IP addresses that have been blocked by the server’s firewall.
It’s essential for restoring access to users or services that were accidentally blocked. ⚡

🔑 Steps to Remove a Blocked IP

  1. 🔐 Log in to WHM as root or an admin-level user.

  2. 🖱️ In the search bar on the left side, type “firewall” as an example.

  3. ✨ Click on the icon that appears titled ConfigServer Security & Firewall (CSF).

  4. 🔍 On the displayed page, search for the IP address you want to check.

  5. ⚠️ If the IP is blocked, its status will appear next to it.

  6. ✅ Click Remove to unblock the IP and restore access.

⚡ Tips & Notes

  • 🔍 Check Logs: Review firewall logs to see why the IP was blocked.

  • 📧 Notify Users: If a legitimate user was blocked, inform them after access is restored.
