How to Create Email Accounts from cPanel

Creating professional email accounts using your own domain (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) helps you manage communications effectively and build credibility for your business.


📝 Steps to Create an Email Account

🔑 Log in to cPanel
Access your hosting account using your credentials.

📬 Go to Email Accounts
Scroll down to the Email section.
Click on Email Accounts.

Create a New Email Account
Click +Create (or Create Account in some versions).

Fill in the required details:

  • Username: The part before @yourdomain.com

  • Domain: Choose the domain for the new email address

  • Password: Set a strong, secure password

  • Mailbox Quota: Choose storage limit or select Unlimited

Create the Account
Click Create to finalize your new email account.
