🌟 Overview

The Outgoing Spam Monitor (OSM) in WHM allows you to monitor and manage suspended email accounts on your server.
It helps control outgoing spam and ensures that email services remain secure and functional. ⚡

🔑 How to Access & Manage Emails

  1. 🔐 Log in to WHM as root or an admin-level user.

  2. 🖱️ In the search bar, type “ConfigServer Outgoing Spam Monitor”.

  3. ✨ Click on the icon that appears.

📝 Steps to Manage Suspended Emails

  1. 📄 Click on OSM Report (Icon 1) to view all suspended email accounts on the server.

  2. 👀 Click on each email to view its status.

  3. 🔄 From the available icons, you can:

    • Undo Email Disable – re-enable a previously suspended email.

    • Hold – temporarily hold outgoing emails if needed.

⚡ Tips & Notes

  • 🛡️ Monitor Regularly: Check suspended accounts often to prevent spam issues.

  • 📧 Inform Users: Notify account owners if their email is suspended or restored.

  • ⏱️ Propagation: Changes may take a few minutes to apply.
