How to List an account
Overview:
The List Accounts feature in WHM allows you to view all accounts hosted on your server. It’s an essential tool for managing user accounts and monitoring resource usage.
How to Access

Log in to WHM as root or an admin-level user.

Use the search bar or navigate to “List Accounts” in the sidebar.

Click to open the Accounts List page.
Features & Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | The account’s login username. |
| Domain | The primary domain associated with the account. |
| IP | The assigned IP address for the account. |
| Package | The hosting package assigned (disk space, bandwidth limits, etc.). |
| Contact Email | The account’s email address. |
| Actions | Available operations on the account: • ✏️ Modify Account – Change settings • 🔑 Change Password – Update password • ⛔ Suspend/Unsuspend – Temporarily disable or re-enable the account • 🗑️ Terminate – Permanently delete the account |
